Welcome to the home of Jersey Jeeps, a hobby-related website devoted to Jeeps and the Jeep CJ-7. I created this website to document some of my work and share it with the outside world. This site is a work in progress, so be sure to check out the updates to see what is new around here. If you don't see the contents frame on the left, try this.
My Jeep Habit started in 1996 when I purchased my first Jeep, an '84 CJ-7 Renegade, as a summer cruiser and second vehicle. I instantly fell in love with the Jeep's many capabilities and rugged good looks. More than two dozen jeeps later, my hobby has turned into more of an obsession, with a lot of my free time spent in and around a Jeep CJ. In recent years, I have focused more on collecting and restoring late-model CJ-7s, with great attention to factory original detail.
I invite you to take a look at my current projects and past Jeeps pages that document some of my work. More detailed restoration information and pictures are coming soon. If you have a cool ride you'd like to see on this site, check out the Readers Rides section. On the Links page you will find a growing list of helpful Jeep related sites and other cool stuff. If you own a CJ, the Jeep Tech section, courtesy of Off-Road.com, contains valuable information on axle and transmission identification, as well as emissions and electrical systems. Finally, check out the Wheeling page, with pictures and video of Jeeps doing what they do best. Thanks for visiting!

Jeep®, CJ-5, CJ-7, CJ-8, Wrangler, YJ,TJ, NJ, AMC, Scrambler, Laredo, Golden Eagle, and Renegade are copyrighted and trademarked to Daimler-Chrysler Corporation or other companies. JerseyJeeps.net is not in any way associated with the Daimler-Chrysler Corp, nor does it want to be. Have you seen the Liberty or the Commander? What a poor excuse for a Jeep! The Chysler takoever wasn't great either. At least the CJs live on with enthusiasts like you and me.
